DBA has the mission to foster a global community dedicated to raising industry standards across 62 countries. The platform had evolved in silos over time, shaped by shifting business goals and resulting in fragmented content, inconsistent user experiences, and inefficient brand management.
I led the creative direction of the new platform, from initial concept and pitch to main stakeholders to production and delivery working with a multi-disciplinary team spanning design, technology, content, and education.
An agile approach with design sprints and regular feedback loops through user testing helped us balance the needs of the business, the brands, and the global bar community. The insights gathered throughout this process were extremely valuable and informed a new set of Learning Experience Design Principles anchoring the platform in user value while meeting operational demands.
